Herewith, the latest selection from dusted-off published poetry and short fiction, circa 1970s vintage and beyond....
Cranefly Dalliance
Two craneflies
all angles
softened slightly
by wings transparent
as their occupation.
They sit glued
in a sensual transport
of glut. All day
they've ornamented
my kitchen window
copulating, responding
to the elemental urge.
There they sit
parodying life
in an agony of lust.
