Chock 3
Herewith, the latest selection from dusted-off published poetry and short fiction, circa 1970s vintage and beyond....
Snowed In
Overnight, nature
turned her
prankling trick;
yesterday everything
was the colours of
autumn
now a monochromatic
comforter
has been spread
over the landscape -
like a mother
preparing her children
for sleep.
