The provocations and persecutions
must stop for they are incitements to
reaction, impressing on the devout their
obligation to their faith girding themselves
in time-honoured hadith instructions to
avenge the sacred memory of one who
brought salvation to desert nomads, by
example teaching them the efficacy of a
bloodied sword in convincing stubborn
resistance that surrender is preferable to
the ignominy of death by beheading since
separating the seat of the soul from its
earthly carapace stamps the sinner unfit
for resurrection. The West's values clearly
befit those conquered by fear of death who
cling to the impression of freedom to resist
the call of the Almighty to abandon self to
the spirit's agency. Bringing upon their heads
the terrible wrath of a deity who brooks no
dissent from the feckless mockery of the
divine, harbingers of their own doom.
