unrivalled in its precise verisimilutude

to real life, the actors coached in their

roles by immersive experience, the settings

and the choreography the work of a master

mind both playful and keenly familiar with

the intersection of heart and mind reflecting

the scope and breadth of a long life portrayed

as a drama, a sentimental purview, a nod to

intimacies and the role of alternate players

where each command performance is at

variance with the one preceding it and there

is no marquee to advise beforehand how the

presentation of that evening, curtains drawn

will further illuminate its subject. Even the

appearance now and again of totally odd

actors inadvertently stumbling onto the stage
