It is a simple enough matter of credulity.
Who can believe that two million
people have been taken into custody
to be re-educated to spurn their
lifelong values and customs and above all
their religious devotion, a perceived
threat to their host nation as citizens of
grave suspicion. The testimony of former
prisoners; they are victims so declared
spinning a tale too bizarre for belief one
which on elaboration by an ex-victimizer
was in reality a subdued version of the
measures taken to de-humanize, punish
and delegitimize a demographic that is not
of the ruling ethnic group. It is a matter of
cultural-religious genocide, amplified in the
horrors of its vulgar violence and state denial
by the authentic voice of credibility, one of
their very own disowning the psychopathy
of a government he has left, to bear witness.
