Seriously
Oh yes, these are serious
working dogs. That they are
also young and very small
inclined to mischief is
beyond dispute, but also
beyond the point. The point
is they can always be
relied upon to guide us
unerringly on our daily
walk in the woods, concerned
that we not lose our way.
They work hard to alert us
to the presence of interlopers.
When house-cleaning or
gardening chores are underway
there they are, helpfully and
industriously working to
ensure our labours are not
in vain. Whatever in the world
would we do without them?
